Bill has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Houston. As owner and president of the company, he oversees all aspects of the business. He has been in the general contracting business in Houston for 19 years and is the father of 2 college age twin sons.

Nancy has a B.S. and M.B.A. from Texas Christian University. Her duties include coordinating all print advertising, quarterly newsletter, website, award entries and client follow up. She has been with Wm. Shaw & Assoc. for 11 years. She is also married with 2 sons.

Will has a B.A. in finance and accounting from Texas Tech University. He was born and raised in Houston and has been here for 25 years. His passion is to be able to create, design and produce. As the Design Department Manager he plays all roles in creating, managing, and facilitating all aspects of projects in the design process. I am pleased to have been with William Shaw and Associates for one year now.

Jackie is a Houston native. Her duties include all aspects of accounting, payroll and general office management. She has recently joined Wm. Shaw & Assoc. after 16 years in the managerial and administrative profession. She has been married 33 years and has two grown children.

Mike has more than 30 years experience in commercial and residential construction, and has received his EPA certification in air conditioning. He studied construction principles and electricity at Pima College in Tucson, Arizona. Mike handles numerous responsibilities fundamental to moving each project from start to finish.

Cade grew up in Bryan, Texas and received his B.S. degree in Animal Science from Texas A&M University. He has lived in Houston for 2 and 1/2 years and has 6 years of experience in the construction business. His duties include management of the entire home remodeling/building process including supervising subcontractor scheduling, quality control and customer relations.
